The short version
RentMarker can be used without an account. The initial public release does not run advertising pixels, session replay or cross-site tracking, and it does not sell personal information.
The site is built from public market-level datasets. It is not a people-search product and does not publish visitor profiles.
Information processed when you visit
Like most web services, the hosting and delivery layer may process ordinary request-log data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, response status and referrer. These records support security, reliability and aggregate traffic measurement.
RentMarker does not currently collect product-interaction events and has no analytics destination configured. A reviewed event contract exists for a possible future launch, but collection remains disabled on local builds and this policy must be updated before any destination is enabled.
Email and data reports
When a public inbox is configured and you choose to email RentMarker, the message, sender address and related correspondence are used to answer the request, investigate a data issue and maintain an audit trail. Do not send sensitive financial or identity documents.
Email rent alerts and newsletters are not part of the initial release. RentMarker will not add an address to a marketing list merely because it was used for a correction report.

You can ask about a message you sent or request deletion when retention is not required for security, legal compliance or a documented data correction. Use the contact page.
Material changes will be reflected here with a new last-updated date. The policy in effect when information is collected governs that processing.
